Problemy tworzenia kombinatów w Niemieckiej Republice Demokratycznej

Abstract

The point of the concentration process is that the production, manpower and production facilities are organized in great enterprises and combines while the research personnel, research instruments and apparatus are concentrated in large research centres. The administration unit that is a result of so understood concentration process is called a combine. The forming of a combine involves several problems. Even after it has been ultimately shaped and legally founded, a lot of time is needed to strengthen the political, ideological, technical and economic position of the new administration unit. The idea is that the whole system of division of labour and co-operation within a combine and between combines and equal or superior units is to be gradually transformed on the scientific bases of management.
