Istota integracji przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych

Abstract

The article tends to present the essence of the integration of industrial enterprises. The author starts form the general notion of integration, considers properties of the notion of economic integration in the economic sciences and, eventually, formulates the definition of the integration of industrial enterprises. Subsequently, the author examines in details these phenomena which characterize the essence of this integration and namely he discusses the role of institutional forms in the integration of industrial enterprises, analyses the importance of real and organizational links between enterprises or their divisions, and presents the part of effectiveness factors. Such an approach has made it possible to cast light on these properties of the integration of industrial enterprises which distinguish this phenomenon from another phenomena.
