Abstract

Złożenie wniosku o potwierdzenie prawa do rekompensaty przez osobę uprawnioną w terminie określonym w art. 5 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 8 lipca 2005 r. o realizacji prawa do rekompensaty z tytułu pozostawienia nieruchomości poza obecnymi granicami Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej (Dz. U. nr 169, poz. 1418 z późn. zm. – obecnie: t.j. Dz. U. z 2017 r. poz. 2097 z późn. zm.) skutkuje wszczęciem postępowania administracyjnego również w stosunku do wszystkich pozostałych uprawnionych w rozumieniu art. 3 tej ustawy.Submission of an application for confirmation of the right to compensation by the entitled person within the time limit specified in Article 5(1) of the Act of 8 July 2005 on the exercise of the right to compensation for leaving the property outside the present borders of the Republic of Poland (Journal of Laws No. 169, item 1418, as amended. – at present: consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2097, as amended) results in the initiation of administrative proceedings also with respect to all other persons entitled within the meaning of Article 3 of that Act.
