Działalność Powiatowego Komitetu Opieki Społecznej w Koninie w latach 1945-1949

Abstract

The article presents the outline of the functioning of the District Social Welfare Committee, which in the years of 1945-1949 coordinated activities related to social care in the district of Konin. When using the archival materials preserved in a fragmentary manner, the outline of the obligations of the Committee has been made, the scale of the operations, as well as the conducted institutions of the care institutions, among others: Adult Care Home and the Common Kitchen. On the example of the Winter Aid Action the working methods and the cooperation in the implementation of the statutory objectives with other entities in the county have been shown.Artykuł ukazuje zarys funkcjonowania Powiatowego Komitetu Opieki Społecznej, który w latach 1945-1949 koordynował działania związane z opieką społeczną w powiecie konińskim. Przy wykorzystaniu zachowanych w stopniu szczątkowym materiałów archiwalnych nakreślono zakres obowiązków Komitetu, skalę prowadzonych działań, a także prowadzone instytucje o charakterze opiekuńczym, m.in: Dom Opieki dla Dorosłych i Kuchnię Powszechną. Na przykładzie Akcji Pomocy Zimowej ukazano metody pracy i współdziałanie w zakresie realizacji celów statutowych z innymi podmiotami na terenie powiatu.
