Filologia wina – prolegomena

Abstract

Tematem artykułu jest wino „czytane” z perspektywy literaturoznawczej i językoznawczej. W pierwszej części autorki prezentują wybrane przykłady obecności wina w tekstach i życiu literackim, odwołując się m.in. do poezji Charlesa Baudelaire’a czy prozy Marka Bieńczyka. Część druga poświęcona jest sposobom określania właściwości wina. Analizę językową etykiet i kontretykiet, na których znajduje się charakterystyka wina, połączono z prezentacją profesjonalnego słownictwa degustacyjnego.The topic of the article is the wine, that is „read” from literary and linguistic perspectives. In the first part, authors show selected examples of presence of the wine in literary works and literary life, quoting excerpts, inter alia, from poetry of Charles Baudelaire and prose of Marek Bieńczyk. The second part concerns different ways of characterize of the wine. Linguistic analysis of labels and back-labels located at the bottles, where are descriptions of the wine, authors combine with presentation of professional idiolect of wine tasters.
