Spółdzielnie socjalne - szlachetne idee i problemy funkcjonowania

Abstract

Pomimo szlachetnych idei i dobrych wzorów polskiej spółdzielczości, nasze spółdzielnie socjalne nie funkcjonują dobrze. Okazuje się bowiem, że rozwiązania prawne i inne działania wypracowane, aby wspierać funkcjonowanie spółdzielni socjalnych, są nieefektywne lub rzadko stosowane. Dodatkowe problemy to: niska świadomość konsumencka, konkurencyjność szarej strefy i kryzys sąsiedztw, który wiąże się z brakiem zaufania do jednostek i instytucji należących do otoczenia społecznego. Wszystko to powoduje, że spółdzielnie socjalne napotykają wiele przeszkód ograniczających ich działania i utrudniających ich rozwój.Despite of noble ideas and good models of Polish cooperatives, our social cooperatives do not function properly. It turns out that the law solutions and other actions developed to support the functioning of the social cooperatives are ineffective or are rarely used. Additional problems are also: little consumer awareness, the competitiveness to unofficial market and neighborhoods crisis, involving a lack of reliance to people and institutions belonging to the social environment. All this makes that social cooperatives encounter many problems limiting their activities and impede their development.
