Koncepcja regionu siły roboczej dla wielkich organizacji gospodarczych

Abstract

The object of this article is the definition and the delimitation of the labour force for the WOG region. The following questions are taken into consideration: the characteristics of WOG, the determination of the close ties between the economic unit and labour force, the definition of the labour force conception for WOG region. In the result of the examination it has been stated that the labour force region is the socio-economic component space determinted by the weights and connections of the labour force with the centre, resulting from the present (labour supply) or the future (reserves and replacement of labour force) relation to work. This region belongs to the group of the economic regions of a crucial type having the concentric connection system. These connections are not continuous. The limits between the economic phenomena may be provisional belts with fluctuating width. The delimitation of the region may be achieved with the help of the taxonomic metods of Czekanowski and the factor analysis. The conception of the labour force for the WOG region and the method of (its delimitation are an attempt of solving the present problem. It is a preliminary stage of study demanding a veryfication upon empirical data.
