Abstract

The observations have a polemical character and they concern some theoretical aspects of the analysis presented in the discussed work as well as a question of comparability of the two methodological variants of the analysis. The author formulates a reservation that the practical conditions of co-operation among the CMEA countries have been imitated too closely, while the need for theoretical solutions of co-operation problems was underestimated.
