Abstract
W przestrzeni cyfrowej witryna/portal biblioteki akademickiej ma do spełnienia
wiele funkcji realizujących potrzeby społeczności akademickiej, tzw. wartości dodanej, celów i misji
uniwersytetu. Tradycyjnie witryna biblioteki związana jest z usługami bibliotecznymi, a obecnie
to tzw. 2D: discovery and delivery – odkrywanie i dostarczanie zasobów, szkolenia, zapisy i wypożyczenia,
komunikacja z czytelnikami, biblioteki cyfrowe i repozytoria.
biblioteki 2.0 z interakcją, multimedialnością i partycypacją użytkowników. Pomiary Google
Analytics pozwalają na przyjrzenie się naszym wirtualnym użytkownikom i analizę realizacji celów
stawianych witrynie biblioteki akademickiej, skoncentrowanej na udostępnianiu i dzieleniu się
informacją i wiedzą.
In the digital space, the website/portal of the academic library has many functions to fulfil the needs of the academic community, the so-called added value, objectives and mission of the university. Traditionally, the site is associated with library services, and now it is the so-called 2Ddiscovery and delivery – discovery and provision of resources, training, subscriptions and loans, communication with readers, digital libraries and repositories. All these services are carried out remotely with the support of IT programs. The portal, supported by social channels and new media on the web, promotes culture-forming activities of the library as a place and space for meetings, learning, teaching and research. The library creates a digital space in the Library 2.0 model with interaction, multimedia and user participation. Google Analytics measurements allow us to look at our users. It also help us analyze the achievement of goals set for the academic site, focused on users, as well as sharing information and knowledge.
