Juliusz Iwanicki – THE CONCEPT OF SECULARIZATION OF SOCIAL LIFE BY JEAN ANTOINE CONDORCET This article presents the social thought and philosophy of education of Jean Antoine Condorcet, a c-creator of the French Revolution. This philosopher is a forerunner of a certain vision of seculari-zation in its French shape characterized by a complete liquidation of the existence of religion in its public dimension. The article presents also his detailed propositions in this matter. The author at-tempts as well to answer the question how solid was the ideological legacy of Condorcet and what was the one sided view of his projects.
