Afganistan: kryzys humanitarny jako zagrożenie dla fundamentalnych praw człowieka

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest analiza kryzysu humanitarnego w Afganistanie. Do jego powstania przyczyniły się przede wszystkim: wycofanie wojsk amerykańskich i wojsk NATO w 2021 roku oraz przejęcie władzy przez talibów. Dramatyczną sytuację pogłębiały dodatkowo katastrofy naturalne i wzrost znaczenia grup zbrojnych i dżihadystycznych (ośmielonych sukcesem talibów). Szczególnej analizie poddane zostały fundamentalne prawa człowieka, które są regularnie naruszane, a pogłębiający się kryzys sprawia, że sytuacja milionów mieszkańców Afganistanu z dnia na dzień staje się coraz gorsza.

The main aim of the article is to analyse the humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan. The main factors that contributed to its emergence were: the withdrawal of American and NATO troops in 2021 and the seizure of power by the Taliban. The dramatic situation was further aggravated by natural disasters and the rise of armed and jihadist groups in Afghanistan (emboldened by the success of the Taliban). The fundamental human rights, which are regularly violated and the deepening crisis makes the situation of millions of people in Afghanistan worse every day, are particularly analyzed.
