Abstract

Praca podejmuje próbę zobrazowania wzajemnego uzupełniania się norm prawnych zawartych w regulacjach aktów prawnych o różnej mocy. Autorka wskazuje na ważność prawa pracy, która wynika z zawarcia uregulowań dotyczących tej gałęzi prawa w Konstytucji.Text is making an attempt of mutual depicting of complementing each other legal norms included in regulations of legal documents about the legal force. The author is pointing at the importance of the Labour Law which results from including regulation concerning this branch of the law in the Constitution.
