Abstract

It can be stated that in the industry of the Vietnamese Democratic Republik granting short-term credits predominates while credits for working assets are widely applied. Budget methods prevail in the field of financing capital industrial projects. Granting bank credits for capital projects is limited but it has good prospects of development in the near future thanks to an extension of self-financing of new investments by enterprises.
