Polska debata o modelu integracji w ramach Unii Europejskiej w latach 2015–2022. Spór pomiędzy Prawem i Sprawiedliwością a Platformą Obywatelską

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest analiza wkładu Polski w debatę na temat modelu integracji europejskiej oraz reformy i transformacji Unii Europejskiej w XXI wieku. Problem ten ma istotne znaczenie z punktu widzenia dyskusji wewnętrznej w Polsce o priorytetach polityki zagranicznej oraz ogólnoeuropejskiej debaty na temat realizowanego i pożądanego modelu integracji europejskiej. W artykule ukazane są stanowiska dwóch głównych partii politycznych, tj. Prawa i Sprawiedliwości oraz Platformy Obywatelskiej, które zdominowały polską scenę polityczną od 2005 r., czyli w okresie członkowskim w Unii Europejskiej. Generalnie obie partie polityczne odmiennie ukazują preferowany model integracji europejskiej i miejsce Polski w UE.

The aim of the article is to analyze Poland’s contribution to the debate on the model of European integration and the reform and transformation of the European Union in the 21st century. This problem is important from the point of view of the internal discussion in Poland on the priorities of foreign policy and the pan-European debate on the implemented and desired model of European integration. The article presents the positions of the two main political parties, i.e. Law and Justice and the Civic Platform, which have dominated the Polish political scene since 2005, i.e. during the period of membership in the European Union. In general, both political parties present the preferred model of European integration and Poland’s place in the EU differently.
