Sprawozdanie z konferencji naukowej “Effective Justice – International and Comparative Approaches. Challenges of Digital Transformation”

Abstract

Niniejszy tekst relacjonuje przebieg międzynarodowej konferencji naukowej, podsumowującej projekt „Effective Justice - International and Comparative Approaches”. W konferencji wzięło udział 35 naukowców z 25 różnych ośrodków akademickich. Konferencja została podzielona na 4 panele tematyczne, obejmujące takie zagadnienia jak: organizacja systemów sądownictwa, cyfrowy wymiar sprawiedliwości, postępowania szczególne i skrócone oraz dowodowe, a także systemy skutecznych środków zaskarżenia. Konferencja miała charakter interdyscyplinarny, przeplatając wyniki badań różnych dyscyplin naukowych. Poza kontekstem ściśle prawniczym, w dążeniu do pożądanych zmian prawnych, autorzy analizowali również dorobek badawczy z zakresu psychologii, nauk społecznych czy informatyki. This paper reports the course of the international conference concluding the project "Effective Justice - International and Comparative Approaches". The conference accomodated 35 scholars from 25 various academic centers. The conference was divided into 4 tematic panels, covering such topics as: organization of judicial systems, remote and digital justice, special and abbreviated procedures and evidence, systems of effective remedies. The conference had an interdisciplinary approach, as it intertwined research results of various scientific disciplines. Besides purely legal context, in pursuit of desired changes, authors' analysis also included achievements of psychology, social services or IT.
