Założenia tematyczne i doświadczenia w zakresie kompleksowego planowania regionalnego

Abstract

Some theoretical assumptions from the sphere of comprehensive regional planning have been presented in the article, as well as real solutions used in construction of the long-term plan (for the years 1976-1990) and of the five-year plan (for the years 1976 - 1980) of complex development of the Middle Ural economy (Svierdlovsk District), with particular regard to construction of comprehensive problem programmes, have been described. Usefulness of simultaneous elaboration of territorial and branch plans has been also motivated. In the branch plans one should fully take into account needs of complex development of the national economy from the territorial point of view.
