CZY SĄ SZANSE NA WYSTĄPIENIE EFEKTÓW NIE-KEYNESOWSKICH W POLSCE?

Abstract

W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono zarys teorii, określającej warunki wystąpienia nie-keynesowskich skutków przy zacieśnieniu polityki fiskalnej, jak również wnioski z badań empirycznych nad efektami nie-keynesowskimi. Na tej podstawie podjęto próbę określenia szans na wystąpienie takich skutków w Polsce w nadchodzących latach.The paper presents an outline of a theory that determines the conditions for the occurrence of non-Keynessian effects of fiscal contraction, and the conclusions flowing from the empirical study on those effects, which subsequently constituted the basis on which an attempt was made to establish whether it is likely that in the coming years non-Keynessian effects will also occur in Poland.
