Abstract

To eliminate negative consequences of separating foreign trade from industry several remedial moves were made in the last years. They may be divided into those made in the field of juridical and economic links. This paper presents several solutions in the field of cooperation of foreign trade and industry in line with existent juridical regulations. It draws attention to the directions of activity that are aimed to find appropriate methods to regulate the cooperation of foreign trade and industry to the purpose of needs and requirements of the foreign market. In the field of economic links of foreign trade and industry two models already in operation have been presented: a system of links of the Ciech-Polfa type and the so called Club of Exporters. In general those models consist in replacing the calculation account with the effective one while economic incentives are still applied. Attention has also been drawn to the differences and similarities between the one and the other solution. Concluding the author presents new trends in cooperation of foreign trade and industry in the sphere of juridical and economic connections.
