Abstract

The rate of a permissible risk in the economic planning is not a constant one. It. changes according to such factors as: the degree of centralization of the economic planning, the stability of the state economic policy, the stock of goods and economic reserves, the situation and long-range trends on the foreign markets, planning time horizon, the reached level of economic development and the professional qualifications of planners and the plan performers. In given economic circumstances it is necessary to define the fluctuating; effect amplitude, the upper limit of a permissible and profitable risk.
