Umowa międzynarodowa w sferze kultury - wybrane aspekty ustrojowo-prawne

Abstract

W artykule omówiono rolę bilateralnych i multilateralnych umów międzynarodowych w ochronie oraz popularyzacji dziedzictwa kulturowego. Wskazano na potrzebę respektowania zasady pacta sunt servanda w stosunkach międzynarodowych. W rozważaniach podkreślono, iż umowa międzynarodowa jest nie tylko źródłem the international law, ale i środkiem pokojowej współpracy między państwami i narodami bez względu na ich uwarunkowania społeczne oraz ustrojowo-prawne.In this article discusses the role of bilateral and multilateral legal agreements in protection and popularization of cultural heritage. It indicated the principle of pacta sunt servanda in the international relations. In considerations emphasized that international treaty is not only source of the international law, but also peaceful means for cooperation between the states and nations without their social, systemic and legal circumstances.
