Abstract

The development of process of social activity as measured either by the increase in number of population or in the case of demographic activity by the coefficients of population reproduction and finally in the case of economic activity with the help of adequate productive effects is linked with the process of information production. The social process of information production can be accomplished by scientific or pseudo-scientific methods. An important role is played by not only quantity but also quality of information influencing the social activity. The quality of information decreases when in the social process of information exchange will occur the pseudoinformations or disinformations. In connection with it's necessary to verify very carefully all scientific findings while using them to social planning. That verification ought to be performed not only from the point of uniformity of views actually adopted in science but also in comparison with the verified empirical data.
