Abstract

W artykule poruszono kluczowe zagadnienia metodyki restrukturyzacji przedsiębiorstw stosowanych zarówno w warunkach krajowych, jak i zagranicznych. Zdefiniowane zostały główne założenia definicyjne restrukturyzacji opracowane w polskiej literaturze związanej z omawianym zagadnieniem, a także przybliżona została praktyczna strona realizacji tego typu przedsięwzięć. Dzięki zdefiniowaniu kluczowych obszarów restrukturyzacji w przedsiębiorstwach, przyczyn ich realizacji na poszczególnych obszarach oraz szczegółowym przedstawieniu procesu realizacji restrukturyzacji na poziomie operacyjnym, czytelnik ma możliwość dogłębnego poznania obecnie stosowanych rozwiązań i narzędzi zarządzania oraz ich wpływu na poszczególne obszary przedsiębiorstwa.The paper outlines the key issues of the restructuring methodology used in the restructuring of enterprises in Poland and abroad. It also contains definitions of the main issues and presents the practical aspects of the implementation of such projects. The identification of the key restructuring areas in restructured enterprises, the explanation of the reasons for their implementations, and a detailed presentation of the implementation of the restructuring process at the operational level, helps the reader to familiarise himself with the current practices and management tools as well as their impact on various areas of business.
