Kultury, przestrzenie i technologie jako transdyscyplinarne elementy nauki o stosunkach międzynarodowych

Abstract

Obecnie głównym fenomenem w wymiarze międzynarodowym jest fakt ukonstytuowania globalnego systemu nauki i badań naukowych. W konsekwencji polityka edukacyjna i naukowo-badawcza w ramach szkolnictwa wyższego oraz rozwój technologii ukazują się jako główne czynniki w nauce o stosunkach międzynarodowych. Przedstawione rozważania ogniskują się wokół poszczególnych motywów jako wyraz nowej orientacji teoretycznej w nauce o stosunkach międzynarodowych, którymi są m.in. tzw. zwroty (kulturowy, technologiczny i przestrzenny), sama przestrzeń jako paradygmat nauki o stosunkach międzynarodowych, w końcu zmiany i wyzwania w systemie szkolnictwa wyższego na przykładzie transformacji edukacji i nauki w Polsce po roku 1989.Nowadays the main phenomenon on the international level is the constitution of the global system concerning science and research. Consequently the policy of science, research and high-education from the one, and technologies development from the other side appear as the main factors inside the International Relations. The following considerations extrapolate the main motifs also as a new theoretical orientation in the International Relations like the turns (cultural, technological and spatial), the spatiality as a paradigms of International Relation, then the changes and challenges in the high-education system with the example of the transformation of education and science in Poland after 1989.
