Podstawowe metody regulowania współczesnej gospodarki kapitalistycznej

Abstract

The management and regulation of economic life by the capitalist government aims at: 1) obtaining full employment and high rate of economic growth: 2) achievement of balanced balance of payments and stabilization rate of exchange; 3) stabilization of prices and stable purchasing power of money. The principle obstacles to attaining these goals are business cycles, against which different forms of state intervention are directed. The author discusses the effectiveness of particular forms of economic policy and draws the conclusion, that the government has no possibility of achieving stable development of the economy, nor really full employment, nor economic growth without inflation.
