Prawny model zatrudnienia nauczyciela akademickiego. Wybrane zagadnienia

Abstract

This publication is above all the outcome of discussions at the national scientific conference 'The Legal Model for the Employment of University Teachers', which was held at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań on 15th January 2016, on the initiative of Prof. dr. hab. Bronisław Marciniak, the University’s Rector, and the Dean of that faculty, Prof. dr. hab. Roman Budzinowski. The honorary patron of the conference was the President of the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland, Prof. dr hab. Wiesław Banyś. The conference grew out of the profound need to discuss and subsequently put forward a coherent and comprehensive proposal for legal regulations regarding the employment of university teachers. There is a clear need to restore clarity to this area in the face of contemporary challenges, and at the same time to create the optimal conditions for the mission that the work of university teachers undoubtedly constitutes. The publication not only comprises papers presented at the conference, but also ones written in conjunction with it by representatives of the legal profession. A stenographic record of panel discussions at the conference is also included.Publikacja stanowi pokonferencyjny zbiór opracowań tematu prawnego modelu zatrudnienia nauczyciela akademickiego. W poszczególnych rozdziałach zawarto rozważania dotyczące różnych prawnych aspektów zagadnienia, m.in. różnorodności podstaw zatrudnienia nauczyciela akademickiego, jego czasu pracy czy formułowanego względem niego zakazu konkurencji.
