Opisać duchową rzeczywistość. Rozważania o statusie ezoteryki w literaturze polskiej przełomu XIX i XX wieku

Abstract

Presented solutions will focus on the attempt to provide several literature ways of expressing the metaphysical reality, that is, a transcendent one against the material world. The recalled examples have been taken from the works of Stanisław Przybyszewski (1868-1927) and Tadeusz Miciński (1873-1918). A characteristic feature of the spiritual search of both writers was also the striving for implementing into the ground of their literature the diverse elements of the European esoteric tradition, including gnosticism and neognosis.
